At Peace River Saunas, our goal is to offer a straightforward and clear shipping experience. This Shipping Policy details the terms for delivery of products bought from our website, peaceriversaunas.com.

Free Shipping to the Lower 48 States

We offer FREE shipping on all orders to the contiguous United States (lower 48).
Orders are delivered via FedEx Ground, FedEx Freight, UPS, or another reliable carrier, depending on size and weight.

Curbside Delivery: Deliveries are restricted to the curb only. Carriers are not permitted to bring items onto your property or inside your home, garage, or any interior rooms. Please make any necessary arrangements for assistance.

Order Cut-Off & Processing Time

  • Order Cut-Off: Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are processed the same business day
  • Processing Time: 1-2 business days
  • Shipping Time: 2-7 business days after processing
  • Total Delivery Time: 3-10 business days after placing your order
  • Notes: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather delays or carrier issues.

Order Tracking

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email within 1-3 business days containing a tracking number. Use this tracking number to monitor your shipment from warehouse to curbside.

LTL Freight Shipments

For oversized/heavy items (e.g. indoor saunas, outdoor saunas), we ship via LTL Freight:

  • Carrier will call ahead to schedule delivery
  • A signature is required at time of delivery
  • Someone must be present to inspect and sign for the shipment

Changing Shipping Address

To change your order’s shipping address:

  1. Contact us immediately at support@peaceriversaunas.com or (727) 353-6653
  2. Provide your Order Number and new shipping details
  3. Our team will confirm if the update is possible
  4. A change fee may apply depending on carrier or order status
  5. We’ll send a confirmation once the update is successful

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@peaceriversaunas.com or (727) 353-6653

If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it:

  • Verify the shipping address provided
  • Check with neighbors or building management
  • Contact us for further assistance

Damaged Packages

Check your package at delivery. If your package arrives damaged:

  • Refuse the shipment and note the damage on the Bill of Lading (BOL)
  • Take photos of the damaged packaging and items
  • Email us at support@peaceriversaunas.com with the photos and order details
  • All damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for a replacement or refund

Missing Items

If any items are missing from your order:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your package
  • Provide your order number and details of the missing item(s)
  • We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly by sending the missing item(s) or offering a refund

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that all shipping information is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. You will be responsible for any shipping charges incurred. 

Return and Refund Policy

  • Return Window: Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order
  • Restocking Fee: A minimum 30% restocking fee applies to most returns, including refused shipments and incorrect address returns
  • Conditions for Returns: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging
  • Non-Returnable Items: We do not accept returns on:
    • Used or modified items
    • Items not in resalable condition
    • Items missing original packaging
    • Personalized goods
    • Perishable goods

Return Shipping Costs

We cover return shipping for defective, misdescribed, or order fulfillment errors. For other returns (e.g., change of mind, wrong size), customers are responsible for shipping costs. Please review product details and contact support before purchase to avoid such returns.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed after we:

  • Receive the returned item(s)
  • Inspect for condition and eligibility
  • Approve the return

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take up to 72 hours to appear on your statement.

Starting a Return

To initiate a return, please:

  1. Contact us at support@peaceriversaunas.com or (727) 353-6653 (Mon–Fri, 9AM–6PM EST)
  2. Provide your Order Number and reason for return
  3. Our team will review your request and, if eligible, issue a Return Authorization (RA) Number
  4. Carefully package the item with all original contents
  5. Clearly label the package with your RA number
  6. Ship to the return address provided by our team
  7. Send us the tracking number to monitor the return

Note: Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product is defective or damaged.
