1. Free Shipping to the Lower 48 States
We offer FREE shipping on all orders to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states), excluding Alaska and Hawaii.
Orders are delivered either by Parcel Shipping (e.g., FedEx Ground, UPS) or LTL Freight (for oversized items, e.g., FedEx Freight), depending on the size and weight of your order.
The delivery method will determine the final drop-off process. Please review the sections below for details on Parcel Delivery and LTL Curbside Delivery.
2. Order Cut-Off & Processing Time

Order Cut-Off: orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are processed the same business day

3. Where We Ship From
All items are shipped directly from our distributor's warehouse to ensure the quickest delivery at the most affordable price.

4. Parcel Shipping (Accessories & Smaller Items)
Items such as accessories, control units, and smaller sauna heaters will be shipped via Parcel carriers (e.g., FedEx Ground, UPS).
Parcel shipments typically do not require a signature and will be delivered according to the carrier's standard residential delivery procedure (e.g., to your front door or porch).
5. LTL Freight: Standard Requirements & Specific Methods
Oversized and heavy items, such as full saunas, heavy sauna heaters/stoves, hot and cold immersion tubs, etc. are shipped via LTL Freight. LTL freight delivery methods vary based on the product size and weight and may include:
- Curbside Delivery
- LTL Delivery with customer off-loading (hand/forklift)
- Flatbed delivery with forklift or crane off-loading.
All LTL freight shipments share the following standard requirements:
- Scheduling: The carrier will call ahead to schedule the exact delivery time.
- Signature & Inspection: A signature is required at the time of delivery, and someone must be present to inspect and sign for the shipment.
- Accessibility: The delivery address must be accessible by the appropriate delivery truck (e.g., class 6 single unit 3-axle truck or flatbed, depending on the item).
Important Note on Delivery Method: The specific delivery service (Curbside, Forklift Required, or Crane Required) is item-specific and detailed on each individual product page under the "About This Delivery" section (tab). You are responsible for meeting the delivery requirements outlined on the product page for that specific item.
Curbside Delivery Defined (Most Common LTL Service)
- Curbside Only: The carrier is not permitted to move the item onto your property, inside a garage, or into your home.
- Customer Responsibility: Please arrange for assistance to move the item from the curb.
6. White Glove Delivery Service
The Kohler x Remedy Place Ice Bath utilizes a premium "White Glove" delivery service arranged by the manufacturer's logistics team. This service includes FREE shipping to the contiguous United States.
Service Details
This premium service differs from standard LTL Curbside Delivery. The Kohler White Glove Service includes:
- Indoor Placement: Placing the item in the desired location inside or outside the home (up or down 1 flight of stairs).
- Leveling the ice bath.
- Disposal of all packaging materials.
White Glove Delivery Requirements
The following requirements must be met to ensure a successful White Glove delivery:
- Scheduling: Kohler (or the logistics team) will schedule the special appointment directly with the customer.
- Prior Contact: Prior to shipping this product, the customer may be contacted to share shipment details and discuss any extenuating delivery circumstances to ensure a successful delivery. Shipping remains free of charge.
- Inspection & Signature: Someone must be present to inspect and sign for the shipment at the time of delivery. A signature is required.
- Accessibility: The delivery address must be accessible by a flatbed truck.
The estimated transit time for this service is generally 4-8 business days after shipment. A tracking number will be emailed to you within 1-2 business days after your order ships.
7. Order Tracking
After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email within 1-2 business days containing a tracking number. Use this tracking number to monitor your shipment from warehouse to curbside.
8. Changing Shipping Address
If an address change is requested after the item has already shipped, the customer is responsible for any re-routing fees charged by the carrier. We do not charge any internal fees for address changes.

9. Delayed or Lost Packages
If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@peaceriversaunas.com or (727) 353-6653.
If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it:

10. Damaged Packages
Check your package at delivery. If your package arrives damaged:

Refuse the shipment and note the damage on the Bill of Lading (BOL)

Take photos of the damaged packaging and items

All damage claims must be reported within 72 hours of delivery to be eligible for a replacement or refund. This strict timeframe allows us to file an immediate claim with the freight carrier on your behalf.
11. Missing Items
If any items are missing from your order:

Provide your order number and details of the missing item(s)

We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly by sending the missing item(s) or offering a refund
12. Incorrect Address
Please ensure that all shipping information is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. You will be responsible for any shipping charges incurred.
