  • Transportation costs.
  • Indoor Placement: Placing the item in the desired location inside or outside the home (up or down 1 flight of stairs).
  • Leveling the ice bath.
  • Disposal of all packaging materials.

White Glove Mandatory Delivery Requirements

The following mandatory requirements must be met to ensure a successful White Glove delivery:

  • Scheduling: Kohler (or the logistics team) will schedule the special appointment directly with the customer.
  • Prior Contact: Prior to shipping this product, we may contact customers to share shipment details and discuss any extenuating delivery circumstances.
  • Inspection & Signature: Someone must be present to inspect and sign for the shipment at the time of delivery. A signature is required.
  • Accessibility: The delivery address must be accessible by a commercial flatbed truck.
