SMS Policy

Peace River Saunas ("we," "us," or "our") offers a mobile text messaging program ("the Program") designed to provide our customers with promotional offers, marketing messages, cart reminders, and transactional notifications (e.g., order status, shipping confirmations, appointment reminders). Your participation in this Program is subject to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

1. User Consent and Opt-In

By opting into the Program, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages (SMS and MMS) from Peace River Saunas at the mobile number you provide. These messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system (ATDS) or other technology.

How to Opt-In: You can join the Program by:

  • Submitting your phone number via an online form or pop-up.

  • Checking a consent box on our website during checkout or registration.

Consent is Voluntary: Your agreement to receive text messages is not a requirement for making any purchase from Peace River Saunas.

2. Message Frequency and Cost

Message Frequency: The number of messages you receive will vary based on your interaction and subscription type. We typically send a maximum of 4-6 promotional messages per month, though this may increase during sales and new product launches. Transactional messages are sent as needed for order processing.

Cost: Peace River Saunas does not charge for participating in the Program. However, standard message and data rates may apply as determined by your wireless provider. You are responsible for all charges associated with text messages sent and received.

3. Opt-Out (Stopping the Program).

You can stop receiving text messages from Peace River Saunas at any time.

To Opt-Out: Reply to any text message we send with the keyword STOP.

Confirmation: After texting STOP, you will receive one final message confirming your unsubscription. You will then no longer receive texts from that specific program. To rejoin, you will need to sign up again.

4. Disclaimer and Indemnification

Peace River Saunas is not responsible for any delays in the delivery of text messages, as delivery depends on effective transmission from your mobile network operator. Data and message services are provided on an "as is" basis. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any third-party claims, liability, damages, or costs resulting from your use of the Program or from providing us with a mobile number that is not yours.

5. Changes to this Policy

Peace River Saunas reserves the right to terminate or modify the Program and this SMS Policy at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being posted to our website. Your continued enrollment in the Program signifies your acceptance of any such changes.
