We offer FREE shipping for this item to the contiguous United States.

This item is delivered fully assembled via flatbed trailer and requires a scheduled appointment.

  • Customers are notified two weeks prior to the scheduled delivery to allow time for preparation.

  • A forklist or crane is required for placement and a licensed electrician must install the heater. Due to its size and weight, manual offloading is not recommended. Please ensure the proper equipment is available at the time of delivery.

  • Please ensure you are fully prepared to receive and unload your sauna in accordance with the instructions provided in your manual.

  • The path from delivery point to placement site must be clear and accessible for equipment. Saunas should be installed on a firm, level surface with slight runoff for drainage—such as concrete, decking, pavers, or compacted gravel.
