We offer FREE shipping for this item to the contiguous United States.

This item is delivered via flatbed trailer with pre-assembled panels and detailed installation instructions. Assembly typically requires two people, basic tools, and a few hours to complete. A licensed electrician must install the heater.

  • Customers are notified two weeks prior to the scheduled delivery to allow time for preparation.

  • A forklift is recommended for unloading; however, this sauna can also be offloaded manually, piece by piece, with the help of 3–4 people in approximately 30–60 minutes. Many customers have successfully used this method.

  • Please ensure you are fully prepared to receive and unload your sauna in accordance with the instructions provided in your manual.

  • Indoor models are designed to sit directly on your existing flooring. The surface must be level and water-resistant. Suitable materials include concrete, ceramic tile, vinyl, or laminate. If your current flooring doesn’t meet these requirements, an alternative foundation may be needed.

  • All indoor sauna units are freestanding and can be disassembled and relocated if necessary.
