The Heating Element boils the tank water to build pressure and create steam.

This 18KW element is used with the following models and quantities (note: some steam bath generators use a combination of more than one (1) type of KW element. (For example, a CU1250 takes 1 - 12KW and 1 - 18KW):

Due to calcification and lime buildup, heating elements are a wear and tear item. Consider keeping a spare to reduce down time and have a routine preventative maintenance cleaning program in place.
