How to Use
BASIC GUASHA TREATMENT TECHNIQUE
1. Hold the Guasha in the hand so that it is always at an angle of about 45 degrees to the area to be treated.
2. With Guasha, you can pull and push along the skin. By regulating the use of force and the speed of movement, you getĀ different effects from the treatment.Ā The different shapes of Guasha are also suitable for printing and rolling.
3. Do not treat the top of the bones strongly, between the bones and the sides are often good treatment areas. Joint areas can also be treated with Guasha .
4. Guasha can be used on bare skin or with massage oil. It can also be treated through clothes.

THINGS TO CONSIDER DURING GUASHA TREATMENT
1. Drink a glass of water or diluted tea both before and after the treatment.Ā Rest
for at least ten minutes after the treatment.
2. Guasha is an effective treatment tool for treating the whole body. It is completely normal that the treated area may beĀ painful 1-2 days after the treatment. During and after the treatment, intense skin redness and even bruising may also occur. This is also normal and indicates an increase in metabolism.
3. The use of guasha is prohibited on areas with rashes and injured parts of the body. Caring for the seriously ill is also prohibited.
4. We do not recommend using guasha for people with very sensitive skin or people who bruise easily
