About This Delivery

We offer FREE shipping for this item to the contiguous United States.

This item is shipped via LTL Freight on a wooden pallet and requires a scheduled appointment.

  • Prior Contact: Prior to shipping this product, we often contact customers to share shipment details and discuss any extenuating delivery circumstances.

  • Driver Role: The driver is responsible for "curbside delivery only" and will lower the item to ground level.

Mandatory Delivery Requirements

To ensure a successful delivery, someone must be present and the following conditions must be met:

  • Scheduling: The carrier will call ahead to schedule the exact delivery time.

  • Inspection: A signature is required at the time of delivery, and someone must be present to inspect and sign for the shipment.

  • Accessibility: The delivery address must be accessible by a single unit, 3-axle commercial delivery truck.

Curbside Delivery Explained
